Written and directed by Pulitzer Prize winner Nilo Cruz (Anna in the Tropics), Sotto Voce is a lyrical meditation on memory, longing, and the legacy of the Holocaust. When a young Jewish-Cuban researcher’s obsession with the MS St. Louis leads him to an 80-year-old novelist who is still haunted by the love she lost aboard the doomed voyage, the line between memory and desire blurs. This is a haunting story of love, loss, and the voices that refuse to be forgotten.

Annual Talent Festival Presented by Due To Arts

The celebration of Due to Arts, Inc. (a Non-Profit Organization) Annual Talent Festival 2022 edition is taking place this December 10, 2023. In association with Taller en Acción Arts Academy, it will give the opportunity to over 150 children to showcase their Performing Arts talents. The show will showcase 4 different categories consisting of Theater Plays, Live Singing, Musical Instrumental performances, and classical dancing. Participants will be arriving from different parts of Miami-Dade County including local schools and Art Academies. The participants will exhibit their talents and participate in a major cultural event. The festival will have a major audience present and a professional crew working behind the scenes. Participants will also receive some training and mentoring from known industry leaders. Recognitions will also be given to all those who participate.

So where does that leave Anne, who has built her identity around creating a family and being a good mother? On the night before her husband is set to leave on a business trip, her son comes home to sleep in his old room. Or does he? It’s impossible to know for certain in this riveting play about a woman whose inner life is constantly shifting.

More psychological than slasher, Here, Chew-Chew takes audiences into an unsettling world where grief, decay, and the unseen collide. The story follows Perdita, a woman grieving in isolation, haunted by a mysterious presence that lingers just beyond sight. Shadows lengthen, domestic spaces warp, and reality itself begins to slip away in a chilling theatrical experience designed to make audiences look twice—and then look away.

Here There Are Blueberries Presented by Miami New Drama

In 2007, a mysterious album featuring Nazi-era photographs arrived at the desk of a U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum archivist. As curators unravel the shocking truth behind the images, the album soon makes headlines and ignites a debate that reverberates far beyond the museum walls. Based on real events, Here There Are Blueberries tells the story of these historical photographs—what they reveal about the perpetrators of the Holocaust, and our own humanity. A 2024 Pulitzer Prize finalist, 2025 Lucille Lortel Award winner for Outstanding Play, and two-time Helen Hayes Award winner, Here There Are Blueberries has been named one of the “10 Best Plays of 2024” by the Wall Street Journal. It was featured on the May 2024 season finale of 60 Minutes and was recently highlighted in The New York Times as one of the top plays to see this spring. Charles McNulty of the LA Times calls it “the greatest detective story ever written.” Described as “riveting… a gripping exposé… compellingly theatrical” (The Washington Post) and “precise & intelligent” (The New York Times), the play continues to resonate with audiences nationwide. Here There Are Blueberries is written by Moisés Kaufman & Amanda Gronich and conceived and directed by Moisés Kaufman. The national tour of Here There Are Blueberries is a co-production with La Jolla Playhouse, and is produced by Tectonic Theater Project and Brian & Dayna Lee, in association with Bruce Roberts, Sue Vaccaro, and Ricky Stevens.
