MOZART EXTRAVAGANZA! by Florida Chamber Orchestra with Marlene Urbay
In a tribute to one of the most important composers in music history, the “Mozart Extravaganza!” will highlight some of the masterpieces by this musical genius in concert. This amazing prodigy, who started writing music at the age of four, left a legacy to the world, and even those who do not know much about the classical style would recognize his name as one of the most important composers from that era.
The FCO will have two great pianists as soloists: Leonel Morales - First Prize winner of the Guerrero Foundation Int' Piano Competition in Madrid and many others - and his son Leo de Maria - First Prize winner of the 2016 MozARTè in Germany and more - who is building a solid and prestigious career. They will interpret Mozart piano concertos No 12 in A Major K 415 and No 13 in C Major K,415.
The special guest will be the famous soprano Eglise Gutierrez with a selection from different operas and an interpretation of the Overture related to the Opera interpreted by the masterful baton of Marlene Urbay with the Florida Chamber Orchestra.
