Jacob Marley’s Christmas Carol is an amazing spin on Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol, only now the redemption story focuses not on mean, old Ebenezer Scrooge but on his long dead business partner, Jacob Marley. The stage set up is very intimate and unique, it is just perfect. This show is a one in a lifetime experience as it features a single actor relating the story of Marley, Scrooge, the ghosts of Christmases past, present and future. This was truly an unexpected take on such a memorable story. The single actor was able to pull us in with his own sound effects and change of voice in order to tell the perfect story. Jacob Marley’s Christmas Carol is definitely a must watch during the holiday season.
