Miami Light Project Technical Fellowship Program: Video Projection

Learn about video projectors, basic configuration setups, and how to use projection as a storytelling tool in live performance.
 

What You’ll Learn:

• Introduction to video projectors and key terminology
• Basic configuration and setup for live events
• Creative uses of video projection in storytelling
• Real-world insight from a working multimedia artist

The Technical Fellowship Program’s intensive training includes:

• Workshops focusing on Intro to Lighting, Audio, Video, Stage Management, Light Board, Finance and more.
• 40 hours of job training – hands-on, one-on-one observation and mentorship, gaining real-time, on-the-job experience backstage during live events.
• Paid internship – available for those who complete the 40 hours of job training and workshops.
• Employment opportunities.
