The Art of Magic is a multi-media, interactive presentation illustrating the various types of the Magical Arts. Attendees will learn about some of the Great Magicians that excel in each category, They will see short videos clips that demonstrate Grand Illusion & Parlor Magic. They will also be treated to LIVE performances of Mentalism and Psychic phenomenon as well as Close-up, Sleight of Hand miracles right before their very eyes!
The Lecturers' and Performers are:
Alexander Beresford, as a Mentalist and Psychic Entertainer Alexander has performed throughout the United States and England. Corporate Clients include the Discovery Channel, MGM, BBC to name a few. He is proud to have been selected to perform for President Jimmy Carter & family, as well as the United States Secret Service and many more!
Rick Alan is a performer, mentor & producer of magic shows and conventions. As a performer he specializes in strolling/close-up magic. Corporate Clients include Dave & Buster's, Toyota, Ford, Subaru, Orange Bowl Committee, Ocean Reef Club & Coconut Grove Yacht Club to name a few. In 2015, after five years of mentoring, one of his students won the IBM Junior World Championship in Close-up Magic. Rick has produced shows for Jackson Memorial Children's Hospital, Children's Hospital, Nova University & the Museum of Science. Rick has produced "Magic on the Beach" for fourteen years. This was an annual magic convention that the NEW TIMES declared, "THE BEST CONVENTION IN MIAMI!"
