The 2020 Miami International GuitART Festival presents soprano Daniela D’Ingiullo and guitarist Federico Bonacossa in concert, performing a program of 20th and 21st-century music by composers from across the globe. The program opens with Renka I (an intimate rendition of 3 ancient Japanese poems) by Toshio Hosokava and ends with Heitor Villa-Lobos’ own transcription of his famous Aria from the Bachianas Brazileira No. 5.
The festival continues until February 23rd with daily concerts, masterclasses, lectures, and Luthiers Expo. More info and festival pass available at migf.fiu.edu
