Fantasy Theatre Factory at the Sandrell Rivers Theater invites you to its third annual New Year, New Works! play reading series March 24th-April 7th, 2022.
The series seeks to promote the creation of new works by Florida playwrights. Support local, upcoming artists and enjoy a display of play readings covering a wide variety of diverse subjects.

“At the tender age of sixteen, Bette defies her family, community, and her Catholic faith by choosing to raise her son, Will, as a single teen mom. The boy’s father, Andy, disappears before Will’s birth, leaving Bette heartbroken and clinging to a fantasy of an ideal marriage and family with the headstrong Andy.
Now, in middle age, Bette’s world is turned upside down when that fantasy becomes a very real possibility. Secrets are unearthed and her assumptions are challenged. Andy is not the man she thinks he is, and neither is her son Will.”

Teens and young adults ages 13-22 can buy tickets for $5 using the Get Tickets button below. With the purchase of one $5 ticket for someone within the age range, a second $5 ticket can be purchased for an individual of any age to join them.
