Don't fall in love until you see this film!
Miami Arts, Culture & Heritage month is HERE!! We’re excited to join Art of Black Miami in the premiere of I Love You In My Silence – A Zeek Mathias Film. We invite you to this in-person event at the Little Haiti Cultural Complex.
In the film, Zeek explores the oddities of love by questioning one’s willingness to sacrifice self. What if to meet the person that you are madly in love with, you must go through a portal and that portal is death? The odd thing is that there is no guarantee that once you go through the portal the person will be there. This is a hybrid of a silent film, which incorporates poetry.
Starring in the film are Bennchoumy Elien, Charli Culture, Rebecca Olivier, Dudley Philistin, and Jean Jean-Gilles. You will see the artistic wardrobe design of Dorinne Jean-Gilles and Claire Jean Gilles.
Willandra McGahee will host this phenomenal premiere. Actors and Director Q & A will be moderated by artist and filmmaker, Faith Kohler
