Extended Reality: Frank Lloyd Wright & Franz Kafka Presented by The Last Hundred, Inc.

Join us for new music with an experiment in artificial reality with cell phones and 3-D glasses. Mason's six-movement work is inspired by stories by Franz Kafka and his magical realism and Crouch's one-act opera, Stained Glass, tells the story of Mamah Borthwick¬–the romantic partner of architect Frank Lloyd Wright.

Featuring the Last Hundred Ensemble and Juan Trigos, conductor, percussionist Yi-Mei Ciou, and Frost student performers.

The concert is made possible in part by a grant from the City of Coral Gables and a research grant from the Frost School of Music.

The production of Stained Glass is being supported by the University of Miami XR Faculty Award and the Mac Morris Fund for Innovation in Opera with video design by Jeffrey Buchman and the creative team from Video and Motion
